It’s easy to call on training to fix problems, but what would you ever consider diagnosing the problem before prescribing a solution?

 

A fast growing SMB in payday lending space knew there were performance gaps across the team. The President identified the need for elevating sales skills to “enhance executive presence” with the intention of closing more deals. But how did he come to correlate selling skills to the reason why deals weren’t closing?

Project Vision

A startup SaaS company expressed the need for expanding a sales enablement team to maintain revenue targets, and didn’t know where to begin. They needed tech to automate manual processes, a one stop shop for pipeline management and reporting, and seller skill training to support outreach efforts.

 

All while building a business case to approve the headcount and investment ask.

A sales team with a mixed bag of junior and seasoned sellers created inconsistency when it came to establishing a footprint in the whitespace for an  Information Technology company. B2B buying has changed. Sellers must modernize how they find their prospects, conduct research, and manage the sales process.

A mid-sized data company had two new sales managers who struggled with how to motivate and inspire their teams (who were former peers) and also hold them accountable to revenue targets. The biggest shift was helping them learn when to be a coach and when to be a player.
